What to expect.
We confirm available package formats and suitable delivery options for your location. Orders are packed to protect the oil in transit. You will receive the relevant shipping details after we agree on the order.
Transit times and import requirements depend on destination. For international orders, any local duties, taxes or customs charges will be communicated where known and clarified before confirmation.
Important: Shipping rates, delivery destinations, carrier services, return terms and online checkout are not yet published or automated. Please request a quote; no shipping fee or delivery window is promised on this website.

When are orders shipped?
Typically after pressing in November–December, depending on the weather and the date of each harvest. We personally confirm estimated dispatch before an order is finalised.
Which countries do you ship to?
Shipping destinations are assessed individually for now. Tell us your delivery country and we will check available options.
How much is shipping?
The proposed Club package prices include shipping to the EU and UK. For orders outside the Club or to other destinations, we will confirm shipping charges based on your location, ordered quantity and available carriers before purchase.
What is included in each parcel?
Your confirmed order of extra virgin olive oil. Harvest Club parcels also include three small compostable recycled-paper bags of oregano, sage and thyme from our groves.
What about damaged parcels or returns?
Contact us if your parcel arrives damaged or there is a problem with the order. We will provide the applicable order terms and consumer-rights information before purchase; this page does not replace those terms.
